Every deposit into your JILIMACAO account must come from a payment method registered under your own name. Deposits from third parties are not allowed. JILIMACAO may request proof that you own the payment method you used.
- Deposits are only accepted from accounts that are registered in your own name.

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes on average. Payouts are sent to the same payment method used for your latest deposit. JILIMACAO will never transfer winnings to a third-party account.
Before your first withdrawal, you need to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived. Verification is done only once; after that, future withdrawals can be processed without additional documents unless your circumstances change.

You need to fully complete the wagering requirements before you can withdraw any winnings that came from a bonus. Each bonus offer clearly shows the wagering multiplier, which games count, the deadline, and the maximum amount you can cash out. JILIMACAO does not add hidden wagering conditions once a bonus has been claimed.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- You cannot transfer bonuses from one account to another.

If a game round encounters a technical glitch, that round will be cancelled and the wager will be credited back to your player account. - Once a game round finishes without a technical fault, the outcome is treated as final and cannot be reversed.

Account Suspension and Closure
JILIMACAO may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without advance notice, if the platform finds that the account has been used in a way that violates these Terms. When fraud or money laundering is suspected, the account may be frozen while an investigation is ongoing.
You can also close your own account at any time by contacting JILIMACAO support. Once the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance—after deducting active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements—will be returned to the payment method you registered within five business days.

Limitation of Liability
